Steamed Chicken and Onion Soup
Ingredients (serves 2・KAKOMI IH donabe 1.2L)
2 chicken breast halves / 500ml water / 1 onion / 1 bay leaf / some herbal salt / 15ml cooking sake
How to make
1. Remove excess fat of chicken breast. Coat the chicken breast with herbal salt and throw cooking sake on it.
2. Put 500ml water in KAKOMI IH donabe and bring it to boil. When it boils, put sliced onion and a bay leaf.
3. Set the steam plate on the donabe. Put 1. on the steam plate, cover, and steam for 15 minutes on low heat.
4. Serve onion soup and cut chicken on each plate.
