KINTO is a Japanese lifestyle brand. We are looking for an experienced Retail sales associate for our Los Angeles flagship store at the Row DTLA. You will report to management and the sales/ branding team. We are looking for a passionate, resourceful individual to fill in this position and overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Greeting customers when they walk through the door

    • Retail experience or customer service experience
    • Willing to work weekends, and some holidays

    • Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus

    We are Japanese lifestyle brand. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Manager at our USA subsidiary to oversee our West Coast sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, fast-learning, highly organized. We are looking for a team player with an interest in pursuing a career in Sales and Marketing in a fast-growing company. Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff. Reporting to the Managing Director/ VP, the Sales & Marketing Manager will work closely with the Digital project manager and the customer success team to ensure that marketing campaigns and clients onboarding process are perfectly executed and deployed. Sales & Marketing Manager should stay open to new ideas and be inspired to research an aspect of the market that is outside the norm of her/his experience.
