*Heat retention is measured by filling the product with boiling water at 203°F ±1.8°F at a room temperature of 68°F ±3.6°F, closing the lid, and measuring the temperature of the water after 6 hours.
*Cold retention is measured by filling the product with cold water at 39.2°F ±1.8°F at a room temperature of 68°F ±3.6°F, closing the lid, and measuring the temperature of the water after 6 hours.
*To improve heat (cold) retention, pour a small amount of hot (cold) water before use and preheat (pre-cool) for 1–2 minutes.
This product is for beverages only.
Do not use for purposes other than intended.
Do not use in a microwave, dishwasher, or dryer.
Do not place near fire.
Do not sterilize by boiling.
Keep out of reach of infants.
Do not drop or subject to strong impact as it may cause damage or leakage.
Do not swing the product as it may cause unexpected injury or accidents.
Do not shake or apply strong vibrations as the contents may spill.
Be careful not to overfill as contents may overflow when closing the lid.
Ensure the lid is closed horizontally.
If the lid is not fully closed, it may leak. Make sure it is securely fastened.
After closing the lid, turn the product upside down or on its side to check for leaks.
To prevent accidental leaks, carry the product upright in bags.
Do not carry with electronics such as phones, laptops, or cameras as leaks may cause damage.
Do not open the lid immediately after applying shock or vibrations.
Do not open the lid while the bottle is tilted to avoid burns or spills.
When opening after storing carbonated beverages, hold the lid firmly, slowly unscrew to release gas.
Do not open near electronics as the beverage may spurt.
Even if the surface does not feel hot, the contents or mouthpiece may be hot — take care to avoid burns.

If the lid is hard to open, soak it in water at around 122°F for about 1 minute.
To prevent rust, clean and dry thoroughly, and avoid contact with other metals when storing.
Do not leave submerged in water.
Do not use cleansers or scrubbing tools.
Do not put dry ice in the container as it may expand and cause damage or injury.
If using sports drinks (which contain salt) or vinegar-based drinks, check the interior for rust or scratches before use and clean immediately afterward.
Do not use chlorine bleach as it may cause rust.
If a metallic odor is noticeable at first use, fill with warm water and 2 tablespoons of vinegar, let sit for 30 minutes, then rinse.
If rust-like spots appear inside, fill with warm water and about 10% citric acid, leave for 2–3 hours, then wash with a soft sponge and rinse thoroughly.
The lid and gasket are integrated.
If odor or stains on the gasket are a concern, dissolve 2g of oxygen bleach in 2 cups of 104–122°F water, soak the lid for about 1 hour, rinse thoroughly, and dry.
